- First, an evaluation
is necessary to determine a training program that will meet your child's needs and provide him or her with the tools that
are necessary to reach his or her maximum learning potential.
- If a problem exists in the following areas, then we can provide services to meet
your child's needs:
- Attention
- Auditory Processing
- Comprehension
- Logic & Reasoning
- Memory
- Planning
- Processing Speed
- Visual Processing
- Spelling
- Reading
- Handwriting
- Once we have determined
a program that meets the learning needs of your child, we will schedule a consultation with you to discuss specific
goals and sequenced activities.
- Then, we will begin tutoring
your learner. Each session lasts for 60 minutes. It is recommended that your child attend at least three sessions per week.
- Please note that each tutoring session is designed
to achieve maximum results in the shortest period of time. Therefore, after each session, your child will be given activities
to do at home to reinforce the learning that s/he did during each tutoring session.
